that my breakfast looks delicious and questions, because you would like to know what’s in it.
I’m telling you today guys! This is how my power breakfast looks like. But what’s in it?
I start with the quark. I take the biologic non-fat quark because this one isn’t that sour and it’s high
on protein. On top I’m putting the honey. I’m a huuuuge fan of honey. Maybe I eat way to much of
it, but it’s so nice! I like it with a lot of honey and than I add my fav fruits. This season I mostly eat
banana or apple with it, but in summertimes I prefer strawberries and blueberries.
Because I really need some super foods I always add a bit of chia seeds. I finish this cup with the best
granola ever: Honey Granola from Dorset Cereals.
It’s not cheap, but it definitely is a natural, high quality product with the most delicious taste!
For me this breakfast is the best way to start the day!
Today I’m working all day and tonight I have to work on the school assignments. Bluh, don’t
feel like it! But things really has to be done! I’m wishing you all a wonderful day and I hope you
